Service terms
These terms apply to paid website evidence, AI visibility, profile review, private AI and implementation services purchased from CanadianTherapists.ca.
Directory independence
Payment does not buy search ranking, AI Match ranking, priority placement, favorable editorial treatment, directory inclusion, or a guaranteed recommendation. Factual corrections supported by reliable public evidence remain available without purchase.
Evidence-based work
Reviews are based on information available from the supplied website, CanadianTherapists.ca indexed evidence, and other sources agreed within the service scope. A not-found result means the information was not clearly supported by the reviewed evidence. It does not prove the therapist or practice lacks that service or capability.
Scope and delivery
Each service is limited to the deliverables shown at the time of purchase or agreed in writing for custom work. Delivery targets are estimates rather than guarantees because website size, evidence quality and required clarification can vary.
Client responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for confirming the accuracy of professional claims, credentials, fees, insurance information, availability, regulatory statements and clinical service descriptions before publishing changes.
Private AI services
Private AI services are information and retrieval systems. They do not replace professional judgment, clinical care, emergency services, legal advice, or regulatory obligations. Subscription access and ongoing service depend on the active plan and agreed technical scope.
Payment and cancellation
One-time services are charged at the listed price. Subscription services renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Any refund or cancellation request is reviewed according to the work already performed, third-party costs incurred, and the applicable Stripe transaction state.
